James P. Booker
James Booker is an Associate in our Cleveland office. His focus is on securities arbitration, as well as class action cases involving investment fraud and employment disputes.
James received his law degree from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, cum laude, in 2013. While at Cleveland-Marshall, he served as an associate editor for the Journal of Law and Health and was the president of Cleveland-Marshall’s chapter of The Federalist Society.
Before attending law school, James graduated from The Ohio State University, cum laude, with a degree in Health Sciences. After graduating from Ohio State, James worked for Ruffalo Noel Levitz, a higher education service provider.
James is a member of the Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association (PIABA), an international bar association whose members represent investors in disputes with the securities industry. James serves as a member of PIABA’s Bylaws and Membership committees.
James thoroughly enjoys working with clients and assisting them in seeking recourse for their injuries.
