Christa Hibbard is an Associate in the firm practicing out of the firm's Upstate New York office. Her area of focus is representing clients in Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) arbitrations.
Christa's past legal experience includes experience as a Staff Attorney with The Legal Aid Society of Rochester and with the Volunteer Legal Services Project of Monroe County. During her time with the Legal Aid Society, she assisted low income victims of domestic violence in matrimonial and family law proceedings. While working with the Volunteer Legal Services Project of Monroe County, she assisted with establishing the 7th Judicial District Court Help Center to provide unrepresented litigants with information about the court system.
Christa received her law degree in 2012 from Indiana University Maurer School of Law in Bloomington, Indiana. While in law school, she served as a Managing Editor of the Federal Communications Law Journal and participated in the Sherman Minton Moot Court competition. In 2012, Christa's student note was published in the Federal Communications Law Journal.
Before attending law school, Christa graduated from Hobart and William Smith Colleges with a degree in International Relations and Public Policy.
Christa is a member of the Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association (PIABA) and the Monroe County Bar Association.
